Elastomer products are a category of pliable polyurethane materials that can be specifically formulated to meet a wide variety of demands. Elastomers are known for being able to provide insulation, corrosion and abrasion resistance, molding ability, and numerous states of density and rigidity.
Elastomers can be easy to shape when they are in a softened state, but remain impervious to most changes once hardened. They are known for being strong when struck, resilient to water and humidity, and scratch resistant. They also do not conduct current which make them ideal for electronics or static free environments.
